Shipping Policy
Snack Helmets are made per order and take approximately 5-7 business days to assemble and leave the warehouse.
All Snack Helmets are shipped via UPS Ground delivery and ship directly from Winona, MN. Please allow a total of 7-12 business days to receive your order.
Shipping times vary for products other than Snack Helmets. If your order contains more than one product they
may ship at different times, and you will receive multiple e-mails with tracking information as each item
ships. Products other than Snack Helmets may be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx.
Return/Exchange Policy
You may return your Snack Helmet for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. If the item is damaged
or defective as a result of shipment or a manufacturing glitch, we will issue a call tag to retrieve the damaged item
and issue a replacement at no extra charge. If you would like to return or exchange for any other reason, it is the
customer's responsibility to incur the additional shipping to return the item back to the warehouse. To initiate the

Credit Card/Privacy Policy
We do not store any credit card information on our servers. SnackHelmets.com will take an authorization, in the amount
of the sale, at the time of purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until your order actually ships. Your credit card
will not be charged in the event that an order is cancelled. All credit card transactions are 100% secure using encryption.
We respect your privacy and will never share any of your personal information with any 3rd parties.
